Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Michelle Farmer Collaborate. All clothing items except for the preceding are eligible for return or exchange. All jewelry, lingerie, swim, gowns, limited edition pieces, sale and special ordered items are Final Sale. This is a strict policy. We do not process store credit on our website. 

  • We will only accept web purchase returns that are as follows:
  • Web purchases MUST be returned within 10 days of receiving the item, this is a firm policy.
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging with original tags and labels attached.

We will not be held responsible for items damaged by the customer. Damaged items are not returnable for a refund or exchange. 

Please note that products that do not meet our return criteria are not returnable.

To Return an item

Please include a copy of your original receipt along with your contact information. Please note the reason for your return on the receipt.

  • All returns must be sent in original packaging and insured for the full value of your purchase with signature required.
  • We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged due to shipping. Michelle Farmer will not issue refunds or store credits for items lost or damaged due to shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Michelle Farmer Collaborate. 

All orders are dispatched with Signature Required. If the package is not received and signed for during all delivery attempts, package will need to be picked up at nearest fulfillment center. If this is not possible, the package will then be shipped back to us and shipping fees will need to be charged again if we ship the product for a second time.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
