Delivery to The Vineta Hotel
At checkout, please select “Delivery to The Vineta Hotel” as your shipping method to enjoy complimentary delivery directly to your room at The Vineta Hotel.
Your selections will be thoughtfully placed in your room within 24 hours of check-in.
To ensure seamless delivery, kindly place your order within 7 days prior to your arrival. Orders placed outside of this 7-day window will need to be shipped to your home address.
Policy
All orders must be placed at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date to ensure your purchase arrives in time for your stay.
All items will be charged at the time of selection.
Returns
Should you wish to return any items delivered to your room, please contact the concierge at The Vineta Hotel within 24 hours of check-in to arrange pick up.
Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with all original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
