RETURNS Full price merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date. Unworn items with all tags on and in new condition ONLY. All damaged and worn items are nonrefundable. Items marked Sale and FINAL SALE, swimwear, intimates, and ALL jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. Original shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Items can only be returned online for full refund. If returned to one of our stores you will receive store credit. By Mail: Place your items and completed Return/Exchange Form in a secure package removing or covering any labels. If you need to print another Return/Exchange form, a printable Return/Exchange Form is available here. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your request. Items purchased on MichelleFarmer.com may be returned to any Michelle Farmer Collaborate Boutique to expedite the return process free of charge. In order to do so, you must bring the receipt provided with your order - no exceptions will be made. Store associates will process your return right away. SHIPPING All items will be shipped either FedEx Ground or Express Saver (3 Business Days). Please note that we allow up to three (3) days for order processing in order to give you access to our entire inventory.
